On the 27th and 28th of November the Fall OnlineTestConf 2018 was held, an online conference free for attendees organized by PractiTest. I delivered a talk about challenges and lessons learned when adopting testing as part of the team culture.
The conference has a Slack group with one channel per each session where all participants can share and exchange ideas about their topics. I really enjoyed the opportunity of participating in a very interactive online conference.

Abstract
This session is about the different challenges that Claudia faced as a tester when her team started adopting testing as part of their team culture. During the session, Claudia will share what they have learned as a team from the testing perspective and also what other lessons, beyond testing, they have learned that helped them build a team culture.
