The 27th and 28th of November will be the fifth edition of OnlineTestConf, an online conference free for attendees organized by PractiTest.
Besides the variety of talks, there is a live testing podcast with Rob Lambert and Joel Montvelisky, and there is also a slot for lightning talks. If you are not familiar with this type of talks, they consist on 5 minutes presentations about any topic that you are interested in sharing with the community. Here you can submit your proposals, if you are interested in participating.

This session is about the different challenges that Claudia faced as a tester when her team started adopting testing as part of their team culture. During the session, Claudia will share what they have learned as a team from the testing perspective and also what other lessons, beyond testing, they have learned that helped them build a team culture.
Main Takeaways:
– Importance of having a testing culture: testing is a team responsibility
– Importance of building a team culture to drive and adopt changes
– How the role of the tester in an agile team has become that of a facilitator.
